請問那是什麼意思呢？有什麼用意嗎
我一開始看到以為是程式人員還沒做好連結網頁，先放個＃號，之後再來補連結的意思
可是之後發現好像不是那樣？我看的教學是在教怎麼做menu bar
難道它是有特別的用意嗎？
